Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Fort Worth Stockyards

About Us: We are a contemporary women's boutique located in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Our store caters to women with a discerning taste for fashion. We specialize in combining high-end pieces with Western flair, offering a unique shopping experience to our customers.

Are you a natural leader with a sharp eye for style and the hustle to match? We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Store Manager to join our fast-paced, high-volume women’s boutique in the heart of the iconic Fort Worth Stockyards.

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a client-focused, high-energy retail environment, knows how to lead by example, and can juggle everything from team motivation to floor moves—without dropping a single rhinestone.

Responsibilities (You'll Be the Backbone of Our Boutique):

  • Own and manage the staff schedule, including handling shift changes and last-minute coverage (yep, that includes jumping in when someone no-shows).

  • Weekend availability is required—this is when the Stockyards shine!

  • Lead and track monthly sales incentive programs and keep the team motivated.

  • Oversee floor merchandising and ensure visual standards align with the brand’s aesthetic.

  • Delegate daily tasks based on priority and business flow (and hold team members accountable).

  • Maintain a high-performance culture with a strong focus on client experience, daily sales goals, and conversion rates.

  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to meet both sales goals and operational excellence.

  • Handle inventory management, transfers, and loss prevention.

  • Act as the go-to liaison between ownership and the store team.

You Should Have:

  • 2+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume setting (fashion preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage a team, hit aggressive sales goals, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in delegating, coaching, and problem-solving.

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a no-task-too-small mentality.

  • A personal style that fits the brand—think designer bags meet cowboy boots.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Work in one of the most vibrant, visited districts in Texas.

  • Competitive pay + bonus potential based on store performance.

  • Employee discount (obviously).

  • Be part of a tight-knit, woman-owned brand that actually values work/life balance—within reason.
